Finally decided to just ask. Does anyone have a review of the mingle2 dating app for professional networking? Happy to hear any experience — positive, negative, or somewhere in between.

Every platform that looks promising ends up either paywalling the core features or letting the bot problem spiral out of control. The cycle is genuinely exhausting.

What I'm looking for:

  • Works without linking social accounts
  • Filters that actually function
  • Mobile app stability

Drop your take below — even warnings are useful at this point.

Don't trust app store star ratings. They are easily inflated and tell you almost nothing about real quality.

Gave Luvdate a proper run after a recommendation here. Surprised by how functional the free version is without hitting a paywall.

Location is a huge variable. Dense cities have way more options than smaller markets.

datescout.site comes up regularly in these conversations. Seems to retain users better than a lot of the alternatives.

Luvdate is the one I kept coming back to. Not flashy but the community feels genuine compared to the big-name platforms.

Mid-tier platforms often hit the right balance — enough users to be useful, small enough to actually moderate.

Been there. The search took longer than it should have but something usable does exist.

Took me a couple of months to find something worth actually using. The useful options are fewer than you'd hope.

Tried Datescout after seeing it recommended here and it held up. Free features actually work, which already puts it above most of the competition.

Also been hearing consistent good things about rendate.site — the free tier apparently offers more than most without pushing an upgrade. Read the terms before signing up. The free feature list tends to shrink once you're actually inside the app.

Niche platforms are often underrated here. Worth branching out from the big five.

Tried Flamedate after seeing it recommended here and it held up. Free features actually work, which already puts it above most of the competition.
